When will my order be shipped?
Processing time is 3 to 7 business days regardless of shipping service for in stock items, and can vary depending on order load. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Items can only be returned if they arrive damaged (this only includes items damaged due to shipment handling). Items must be returned in their original packaging for a full refund. Seller will reimburse buyer for return shipping only when the buyer uses USPS First Class Mail service. If the buyer chooses another service, the buyer will receive a partial shipping refund.
For all other items:
All other items you do not want to keep are subject to store credit within 10 days of receiving your order. The buyer must return the item unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Para Mi does not accept exchanges or refunds. Please note, Para Mi reserves the right to refuse all returns.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; you are responsible to file the claim with USPS.

Where is your store located? What are your store hours?
Our Shop is located in Weslaco, Tx at 1802 S. International Blvd. Weslaco, Tx next to Nana's Taqueria. We are open with the restaurant hours M-W 11-8, TH-S 11-10, Sun 11-5 (may be closed on holidays or for lunch).
Do you offer curbside pick-up?
Yes! At check out, choose the curbside pick up option. It usually take 2-4 days to process (we well send you an email verification once your order is ready).
Are the items shown online the only things you have in the shop?
No. In our physical store we offer a larger variety of gifts and items including clothing, toys, home decor etc! We are hoping to populate this site with more items in the future! In the mean time if there is something in the physical shop that you are interested in send us a DM @shop.parami on instagram or facebook and we can send you pictures of the shop, or schedule a face time call, give you a virtual tour and ship you the items you are interested in!
Where are your products made and by whom?
Most of our products are embroidered and made by artisans throughout Mexico. The are packaged in house in the Rio Grande Valley, TX.
Do you pay your Artisan partners fairly?
Yes; we believe paying artisans fairly is a key component in our building long-term sustaining relationships with our artisan partners, and also allows for the artisans to continue their traditions for generations to come.
